A rare gem, look no further stay here!!

What an amazing place, we have travelled for the last 6 months all over the world and this has been the best yet. Lorraina you made us feel normal again a wonderful host! If you stay here you wont regret it. Close to a beach and supermarket and 2 mins walk from bus station. Super clean and comfortable beds, excellent Wi-Fi and lovely kitchen. Very safe.

That we couldn't stay longer - felt like home!

Fantastic!! And the host made my day!! nice person! Really clean place!

Perfect host!! Really warm welkom, she helped us perfectly by finding a spot the car. She drove with us the first day. For travellers, it is not that wish to travel by car in Valparaiso. Everything was really clean, we cooked al lot in the small kitchen, really nice interieur!! The house is save, we felled comfortable!!

Maybe the lokation, it is a little bit far from the centre. Bus you can reach it well by taxi/bus. And the supermarket is around the corner. You even have a market 2 times a week on the corner, wensday-saturday. Go there!! Really Nice!!

Hostel in the center of the old town Valpo

The owner was very kind and helped us planning the places we should visit. The hostel is very close (no more than 300m) to the old town bus terminal which was great considering we had to catch an early bus. Although the area is not very touristic, it is a convenient location, near bus stops going to Viña del mar and easy to access (via uber, for example) the restaurants area

This is a really nice little place with a lovely owner and a cat who wears dresses! Very good value. It's not in the city centre but is very close to the bus station.

Great location. Extra value for the price. Comfort

It turned out to be much better than I expect. Everything is clean and makes you feel like home. You'll experience the local home stay here. The little cat Mona is especially cute and closed to people. And the owner also kindly offered me a metro card which makes the commute between Valparaiso and Viña very simple. And she is very kind and helpful. The location is great for the ones that goes for both Valparaiso and viña. It's only one block from the bus terminal, one block from the giant supermarket.

Almost no. But It's not in the historical area, but I don't mind. It depends.

Un excellent place to stay

The owner is really friendly, helpfull and nice. She gave us many good advices to discover Valparaíso. The apartment is well equiped. Shops around, especially a backery with great empanadas. Good location closed to bus station and the metro, many buses to the center.

Valparaiso is a magical port, Casa Amarilla Valpo just adds to the magic!

Casa Amarilla Valpo is a wee gem of a stylish place a few minutes walk from the main bus terminal in Valparaiso. The owner is super friendly and helpful in every way. I arrived for the Hogmanay fireworks and was delighted with the welcome. As a solo traveller I think this is an excellent option. The bedroom locks and front door double locks give a feeling of real safety and security.
